Victoria Baldwin and her ex-husband, Adam Dyson, divorced a short time after the birth of their son, Bruce. However, even though they were no longer going to be living together under one roof, both Victoria and Adam wanted to make sure that the decision they made would not have a negative impact on their family.

So, they decided to maintain a special tradition in order to show Bruce that nothing gets in the way of family: their annual family photo.

According to Victoria, the photos are “a representation of what goes on behind the scenes in co-parenting relationships: it’s a visual reminder of what took place to make the photo happen — consideration of one another, kindness, flexibility, and teamwork, to name a few.”

And earlier this month, Victoria shared some of her family’s photos with the “Love What Matters” Facebook page and captioned them with a message that every parent should read.
